Clinching, Forgetfulness, Van Prep and Using Too Much Water

Sunday July 28, 2019 Guerneville CA.

Lazy day

I got it going and checked on the chicken’s food and water. They needed some food so I spread some out in the mulch pen. The little guys seem to prefer to scratch and eat off the ground more than their feeder.

Seem to be getting very forgetful and clinching

After that I spent about two hours looking for my mouth guard for clinching. Looked all over the place and never did find it. I had it out about a week ago. I don’t really need it as it’s not that great of an idea as it  makes one clinch even more but I thought I’d trim it up and try it again. Actually I’m doing fine just relaxing my jaw just before falling asleep and that seems to stop it. It snuck up on me as I’ve been clinching for about a year and didn’t realize it until all my teeth started to hurt. After about a month of not clinching my teeth are starting to feel better. It’s surprising how something like this can sneak up on you and go unnoticed for so long.

Continued with the van prep

I loaded some more stuff in the van during the day and am almost ready to go. Tomorrow I’ll do some shopping and we’ll leave the next day.

I puttered around most of the day until evening.

Using too much water

I wanted to check the water level in our water tanks to see how the water was doing so that meant another dirt bike ride so off I went.

The water level had only increased about 6 inches in 24 hours, which means we are still using too much water. I rode around the hills for awhile than went on home.

I spent the rest of the day chair hopping and enjoying the evening.

Nice lazy day.
